Troy was very efficient but also offered & did change my air filter that I had in hallway for me to remember to do that day. He even asked for duster to wipe off air vent afterwards! When I told him I had not been able to Connect my Wi-Fi to my new thermostat put in recently, he tried also & when unable to successfully, provided me with Honeywell number for them to assist with problem. Above & beyond service!
